• Assisting with the purchase of aged trade lines to improve credit profiles

4. Refund and Cancellation

You may cancel our services within three (3) business days of signing your contract without penalty. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services

• If you cancel within the allowed period

5. No Guarantee of Results

We cannot guarantee specific results. The success of credit repair depends on the accuracy of your credit report and your financial behavior.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information

• Attempt to create a false credit identity

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of credit score or credit opportunities.

CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION

By signing up for our services, you authorize Tie Woods Credit Repair Company to:

• Access your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion)

• Dispute inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on your behalf

• Provide updates and communications regarding your credit profile

You have the right to cancel this authorization at any time by contacting us at tiewoods@tiewoods.com.

COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURE

In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):

• We cannot guarantee results

• You have the right to dispute items on your credit report for free

• We do not remove accurate or verified information from credit reports
